Private-Taxi-Transfer is represented by HNA GROUP Ltd., Sarajevska 1278/5, 120 00, Praha 2, Czechia – Business ID: 04551931, Tax ID: CZ04551931 – hereinafter referred to as „P-T-T“.
These Terms & Conditions and the online forms on the P-T-T website (private-taxi-transfer.com) constitute the entire Agreement concerning the provision of the vehicle with driver hire (hereinafter referred to as “Service”) between you and P-T-T. Completion of one of the online forms on the P-T-T website and use of the Service indicates your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy policies at private-taxi-transfer.com/privacy-policy.

1. Acceptance of the booking:
1.1 The booking of your transportation can be secured with prepayment or credit/debit card pre-authorization.
1.2 Transportation reservation is confirmed immediately once all requested details are supplied and clearly confirmed by P-T-T dispatcher (by email).

2. Payment methods:
2.1 Cash on the spot to the driver in Euro, Swiss Franc (1 EUR = 1.10 CHF) or Czech Crown (1 EUR = 26.90 CZK).
2.2 Credit card in advance. (the charge is done in CZK according to the exchange rate above + 0% surcharge)
2.3 PayPal in advance. (the charge is done in CZK according to the exchange rate above + 0% surcharge)
2.4 We currently don’t accept credit cards in the vehicles.
Note: All the prices on P-T-T website are quoted in EUR and per whole vehicle – not per person.

3. Reservation amendments and cancellation policy:
3.1 You can change your pick up date or time free of charge with at least 72 hours notice – unless otherwise stated in the order. Cancellation with shorter notice than 72 hours before the collection date and time or by “non-refundable payment” orders result in full cost of the transportation, including bank fees, credit/debit card fees or PayPal fees. The change can be made only via email info@private-taxi-transfer.com followed by confirmation by P-T-T dispatcher.
3.2 In case you have booked a transfer or trip, you are obliged to be reachable on your cell phone/WhatsApp (a day before your pickup), because the driver will reconfirm your ride (WhatsApp, SMS or call). If your transfer/trip is not paid in advance and the driver can not reach you on your phone number, the pick up will not be implemented. If you know in advance, you will be out of phone, please report it to P-T-T dispatcher to avoid the transportation cancellation.
3.3 In case your transfer/trip is paid in advance and you are not at the pickup point in the agreed time, the driver will wait 15 minutes and thereafter you have no claim for any chargeback (neither by PayPal payment with guarantee). In any dispute we will use these Terms & Conditions which you agreed by booking.
3.4 In case of any unforeseen circumstances (driver’s injury or disease, vehicle break down, accidents, border closure, anti-covid measures, curfew or any other circumstances beyond our control) P-T-T reserves the right to cancel the transportation at anytime, if we have no other available vehicle and/or qualified driver.

4. Responsibility:
4.1 All the passengers are obliged to carry their passports during each ride because of police controls. All the waiting time and additional transportation due to issues with absence of passports or visas will be charged extra by 1 € per minute (additional kilometers are included).
4.2 P-T-T is not responsible for any damages of your luggage by transportation or accidents. All your luggage is carried entirely at your risk.
4.3 P-T-T shall not be responsible for any loss due to delays caused by road or traffic conditions beyond its control on the journey. Under no circumstances shall P-T-T be liable (in contract, tort or otherwise) for any loss of profits, business, flight/train/ship tickets refunds or for any indirect or consequential loss whatever.
4.4 P-T-T shall not be responsible for any delay caused by your failure to allow enough time to reach your destination or if the passengers are not ready for collection at the booked time.
4.5 You are obliged to order a suitable vehicle size for the number of passengers and luggage. P-T-T cannot guarantee to carry excessive amounts of luggage. Please note that a child, no matter what age, counts as one passenger. In case you book the insufficiently large vehicle and the transportation shall not be implemented, it is your failure, which results in full cost of the transportation payable immediately on the spot in cash to the driver. No refunds will be given.

5. Transportation termination:
5.1 P-T-T will refuse or terminate any transportation with immediate effect if any passenger places any driver or vehicle at risk of damage, violence or abuse. This results in full cost of the transportation, payable immediately on the spot in cash to the driver and release of the vehicle as soon as it is safe. No refunds will be given.
5.2 P-T-T will refuse or terminate any transportation with immediate effect if any passenger refuses to be fasten by seat belt or in child car seat (0-12 years) for the entire time of transportation. This results in full cost of the transportation, payable immediately on the spot in cash to the driver and release of the vehicle as soon as it is safe. No refunds will be given.
5.3 If you travel with children under age 13, you are obligated to report it to P-T-T dispatcher by booking. The use of child car seats and boosters is prescribed by EU law and the driver will not transfer any child without that. In case you will not report you travel with child under age 12, the transportation shall not be implemented, which results in full cost of the transportation payable immediately on the spot in cash to the driver. No refunds will be given.

6. Penalization for the vehicle soiling:
6.1 Eating and drinking in the vehicles is allowed. You take full responsibility for the handling with food and beverages. Extensive soiling by food and beverages is charged from 200 € to 400 € depending on the degree of soiling.
6.2 Vomiting in the vehicle is charged from 300 € to 500 € depending on the degree of soiling.
Note: In the event of soiling to such an extent that the vehicle will not be usable the following days for further clients, the highest penalty rate will always be applied. All the fines are payable instantly to the driver in cash. Parents are responsible for their children. Usual soiling (bits of dry food, mud, snow) is of course not charged.

7. Transportation price – inclusions and exclusions:
7.1 Transfers without pre-scheduled stopovers:
The price is included fuel, car and driver hire, VAT, max. 15-minute restroom breaks, highway toll fees, parking fees at the airports.
The price is not included sightseeing off the direct route, lunch stops, tip for the driver, any parking fees (except airport parking fees).
Non pre-scheduled detours off direct route and stops longer than 15 minutes will be charged extra by 1 € per minute (additional kilometers are included). Additional pick-up or drop-off point (in the same city) is charged by 20 €.
7.2 Transfers with pre-scheduled stopovers and one-day scenic trips:
The price is included fuel, car and driver hire, VAT, waiting on the sightseeing spot, restroom breaks, highway toll fees, all parking fees.
The price is not included sightseeing off the scheduled route, tip for the driver.
Non pre-scheduled detours off the route will be charged extra by 1 € per minute (additional kilometers are included). Additional pick-up or drop-off point (in the same city) is charged by 20 €.
7.3 Multiple-day car and driver hire:
The price is included fuel (no mileage limit per day), car and driver hire (available up to 10 hours per day), VAT, accommodation and diet of the driver, highway toll fees (except special toll road sections – tunnels and bridges), all parking fees.
The price is not included additional time beyond the 10 hours per day, tour guides, tip for the driver. Additional time will be charged extra by 1 € per minute (additional kilometers are included).

8. Disputes:
8.1 For each case of disagreement or non-payment of vehicle soiling, additional kilometres, waiting time or any other situation referred to in this Agreement, the driver will call Tourist Police (or equivalent in the current EU state) to come and record the incident which will be submitted for further evaluation by Czech Courts.
8.2 This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with Czech law and you and P-T-T each agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Czech Courts in respect of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.

9. Conclusion:
9.1 P-T-T reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions (including exchange rates) at any time by posting changes online at private-taxi-transfer.com/terms.
